Access your Website Builder service

In order to access your new Website Builder service, you will first need to log into your Deluxe Hosting client area.

If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Once logged in, you can access your Website Builder from your My Services page. You can access this section in one of three ways:

1. Clicking on the Services block in the center of the homepage.
2. Choosing My Services from the Services drop down menu from the top menu bar.
3. Clicking on the + View All button in the Your Active Products/Services section

Click on your Website Builder service to access the Service management page. Now, click anywhere on the table row but the domain name, this will take you to the website.

Once you are at the Manage Services page for your Website Builder, you will see a summery of your service.

One the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the name of the service and your current plan. Below this information, you will see buttons to either Upgrade your plan, or Request Cancellation. To the right hand side, there will be information on your next due date, as well as your renewal price on the right of the screen.

Below this information, you will see your DNS information that is required for your new Website Builder website to be live. You will find the Log In To Site Builder button towards the center of this section. Clicking on this will launch your Website Builder.

If you are not using our services for your domain DNS, you will need to update your current zone file to point website traffic to our servers.

In the lower part of the Manage Services page, you will see the DNS records that are required to point website traffic to your Website Builder service. You can also see name servers that you can use if you do not have DNS managed currently. You will want to make sure that you have your new website created and published before updating your DNS.
