While we strive to provide as many guides and assistance as possible here in our support site, there are times when you will still need to contact support to ask a question or solve your issue.

Luckily, we have several contact methods so you are sure to find one that will work for you.

Request to Chat with a support agent

You can start a chat session with one of our support agents by first logging into your client area.

If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Once you are logged in, you should see the option to start a chat in the lower right portion of the screen. Click on this to begin your chat.

If the chat icon shows that there are no agents available, it either means that all of our agents are currently helping other customers, or that you are currently outside the hours of operation.

The current hours of operation are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9am to 7pm EST

Send an email to the support box

Another method of contacting our support team is by sending an email to the support email box, support@deluxehosting.com.

Please be sure to send this email from the email account that is on file for your account. This will ensure that the email does not get filtered out by our mail server.

You can email us any time, 24/7/365!

Submit a ticket

You can also create a ticket from your Deluxe Hosting client area.

If you do not know how to access your client area, you can find out here.

Once you are logged into the client area, you should see the main section blocks near the center of the screen. One of the blocks should be labeled Enter Support Tickets. You should also see the + Open New Ticket link in this block. Click on this to open the Contact Us form.

Once you submit this form, the ticket will be turned into an email thread. Once you receive a reply email from our team, you can respond to them by replying to that email.

While we try to reply to all emails within 90 minutes, you should receive a reply within 24 hours.
