A note about Delegation
Delegation is not the same as moderation. Delegated accounts will have admin access to your entire mailing list and would be able to make changes to all parts of the mailing list, including admin users. You should only delegate email addresses that you trust completely, as they will have access all facets of the mailing list.
It is also possible for a delegated email to gain access to your cPanel, so be certain that you trust these accounts absolutely before adding them as admins.
Using Mailman
Mailman is open source that is used to create and manage mailing lists. Mailing lists can be used to create a newsletter or send promotions to your customers.
Mailman provides an interface that allows you to create your email lists and keep track of your users and mailing lists to help ensure you do not get flagged by spam detection services.
Unfortunately, due to the scope of Mailman, we will not be able to explain how to use it here in this guide. You can find information on Mailman here. Or, you can check out the cPanel documentation here.
The University of Washington also has extensive guides on using Mailman, and can be found here.
You can also find information on Mailing Lists on the cPanel YouTube page.
